Our Facilities

The Crann
Centre

Our centre is a state of the art 13,500 sq.ft, fully accessible facility, on 3.5 acres. We opened the doors to clients and families in 2018 and we have continued to develop its facilities.

The centre was designed to allow clients with neuro-physical disability access to all areas in and around the centre and to facilitate full delivery of our Model of Care services.

Facilities On-Site

Wheelchair Training & Mobility Zone

A dedicated indoor space for wheelchair skills and mobility training, featuring surface training, inclines and mock curbs.

Continence Clinic

A private office suite for continence support, discussions and training demonstrations.

Independent Living Zone

This functional environment provides real-life practical supports and therapies for clients wishing to live outside the family home or to live more independently within the home.

Counselling Rooms

Private rooms for one-to-one confidential counseling support.

Play Therapy Room

A safe and fun space filled with toys and crafts that can help your child express and work through complex emotions.

Accessible Playground and Leisure Area

A ¼ acre of outdoor family fun, designed for clients of Crann by clients of Crann.

The Impact Hub @ Crann

Our accessible co-working space which supports disabled entrepreneurs and employees to enter or return to the workforce.
