Social Capital

Social Capital programmes offer a range of events, workshops and facilities that help to alleviate isolation and loneliness, increase peer support and social participation, and improve mental wellbeing. These programmes offer opportunities for families to engage with each other and build a network at Crann.

Our programmes include Breaking Barriers Theatre Group, Social Hub, Youth Clubs and Parent’s Café. In 2022, we opened Ireland’s first fully accessible playground and leisure area which allows client families experience play without barriers and Conservation at Crann which is an accessible conservation area and nature trail.

Clients must give consent to be referred to and for information to be passed on to Crann as information will be saved on Crann data bases.
