Sometimes you need support to be present for you and the people around you.

We have a range of individual and group-based initiatives to support children, adults, and families in building resilience and sustaining positive mental health.

This is a key support for dealing with additional challenges which can arise for the person with a disability, their carers or their family.

The programmes support children, adults and families in dealing with emotions and effectively communicating them with family, peers and friends.
