Sometimes you need a bit of extra help in maintaining your mental health. Our programmes support children, adults and families to positively deal with emotions, learn how to communicate them and grow in confidence.

We have a range of individual and group-based initiatives to support children, adults, and families in building resilience and sustaining positive mental health.

This is a key support for dealing with additional challenges which can arise for the person with a disability, their carers or their family.
