Prior to joining Crann as the Business Support & Project Manager, Gemma worked for ten years in London specialising in Product and Project Management in both Not-for-Profit organisations as well as a Private Equity backed startup. She is a Prince 2 Practitioner, specialising in business process re-modelling and software implementations.
She is excited to begin her journey with Crann, to help streamline processes, create efficiencies and ensure that the experience for the families who access our services continues to improve.
