Eimear Daly brings a wealth of nursing experience to Crann, having previously worked with Cope Foundation, Temple Street Children’s Hospital Dublin and The Mercy University Hospital, Cork.
During her career she has worked in early intervention, children’s respite services, adult residential services as well as over a decade spent as a disability nurse specialist. Eimear was a point of contact and liaison to all disability services in Cork City and County during her time at the Mercy University Hospital and provided direct access for parents and guardians regarding symptom management, advice and support, coordination of care, health promotion, education and advocacy.
Eimear oversees Crann’s comprehensive and personalised Health, Continence and Wellbeing programme which is designed to meet the needs of you and your family. The programme includes one-to-one advice and support, a range of educational programmes, workshops and courses, in-house and virtual continence clinics, specialist training and wellness courses individually tailored for your needs.
