Eimear oversees Crann’s comprehensive Health and Continence Programmes and brings a wealth of knowledge to Crann with 20 years of nursing experience.
Eimear is a Registered Intellectual Disability Nurse and Registered Paediatric Nurse and holds an honours Masters in Nursing Studies from UCC. Prior to joining Crann, she worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Intellectual Disabilities for over a decade in the Mercy University Hospital. During her career, she has also worked in the Emergency Department in Temple Street Children’s Hospital and in COPE Foundation where she gained invaluable experience working in Early Intervention, Children’s Respite Services, and both Adult and Children’s Residential Services. Providing education has been an integral part of her nursing career including lecturing at third level. Eimear is also a certified infant massage instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage.
Eimear oversees Crann’s comprehensive and personalised Health and Continence programme which is designed to meet the needs of you and your family. The programme includes one-to-one advice and support, a range of educational programmes, workshops and courses, in-house and virtual continence clinics and specialist training individually tailored for your needs.
