Edel is a registered Intellectual Disability Nurse with extensive experience in the private and voluntary sectors including residential, children’s respite and early intervention services. In recent years Edel has worked in the homecare sector, supporting children and adults with complex needs.
As Assistant Programme Manager for Health & Continence at Crann Edel supports in the coordination and delivery of Crann’s comprehensive programmes. Her role includes assisting with Crann’s specialist nurse-led continence clinics, offering tailored advice, support, and training to individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
Edel also supports in the coordination and delivery of health-promotion initiatives, such as workshops, specialist clinics, and programmes covering podiatry, dietetics, and cervical screening.
