Deirdre Griffin

Deirdre joined Crann as the Client Care and Services Delivery Manager, bringing her expertise to support the Head of Services and Client Liaison Team on the delivery of high-quality client-centred care.

With an honours degree in Public Health and Health Promotion and a Masters of Business, Deirdre has a diverse professional background. She spent 7 years as Business Development Manager at Cork Chamber, where her role was to enhance the membership value proposition and boost revenue streams. Prior to that, she worked in the non-profit sector, serving as Community Liaison and Education Officer for Spinal Injuries Ireland for 4 years, Senior Programme Manager for Common Purpose, and also as an Advocate with the Youth Advocate Programme, empowering vulnerable youth and families.

Throughout her career, Deirdre has consistently focused on enhancing service delivery, improving service impact and supporting people to unlock their personal and professional potential.
