Originally from England, Cleo moved to Ireland in 2011. She has been a social worker for over 25 years and holds a BA (Hons)(Oxon) in Social Work and currently works as the Director of Safeguarding in the Catholic Dioceses of Cork and Ross and Killaloe, the Archdiocese of Cashel & Emly, as well as working as Safeguarding Manager for the sisters of Mercy Southern Province and La Sainte Union Sisters.
Before coming to Ireland Cleo specialized in Child protection, Mental Health and Criminal Justice.
Cleo is also a member of CORU (Regulating Health and Social Care Professionals) and sits on their Fitness to Practice Panel and Committee of Inquiry Member and volunteers with Special Olympics Ireland.
Cleo Is a member of the Audit Risk and Compliance Sub-Committee.
