Arthur has been a practising solicitor for 50 years he qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 1970. He commenced his own law practice 1975 and in 2004 joined in the practise now known as Comyn Kelleher Tobin.
He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Crann Centre. He is a member of the Nominating and Governance Sub-Committee and has a keen interest in ensuring that the Crann Centre has the highest standards of governance and stewardship.
He is a keen sportsman , having played rugby with Cork Constitution, his main sporting activity is horses.
