Mindfulness for Parents
Mindfulness for parents – a four week class, beginning Thursday, March 5.
Every Thursday during March we’ll host a one-hour mindfulness class for parents of children with additional needs. We’ll look at techniques for stilling the mind and bringing calm into a busy lifestyle.
