Pilates for Parents (via Zoom)
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating until January 22, 2021
In keeping with helping parents and carers to self-care, Pilates for Parents course is aimed at providing gentle techniques and exercises to help care for those aching limbs and muscles. These popular classes are facilitated by a trained STOTT Pilates instructor.
The main focus is to provide parents/carers (of children/adults with a neuro-physical disability) with time out for yourself while helping to develop your own core strength and flexibility. You will learn stretches and breathing techniques which help you to listen and tune into your own body. Sessions will end with some guided relaxation to help relax and unwind.
