Pilates for Parents
Do something good for yourself. The main focus of this 4 week class is to provide parents/carers (of children/adults with a neurophysical disability) with time out for themselves while helping to develop their own core strength and flexibility.
Parents learn stretches and breathing techniques which help them to listen and tune into their bodies. Sessions will end with some guided relaxation to help relax and unwind.
It is being facilitated by a trained STOTT Pilates instructor.
