On the Spot for Teens
An event every week that begins at 3:15 pm on Tuesday, repeating until July 28, 2020
This online, twenty-minute, low-impact, upper-body workout is designed to help wheelchair users stretch out the hands, arms and shoulders.
These can be done in a seated or standing position. If you want to challenge yourself you can use any of the following props – light handheld weights, a medium sized ball, two tennis balls or two small bottles of water. Join us as we stay flexible and mobile.
