On the spot activity (Adults)
This twenty-minute, low-impact, upper-body workout for adults exercises and stretches the shoulders and fingers.
These can be done in a seated or standing position. If you want to challenge yourself you can use any of the following props – light handheld weights, a medium sized ball, two tennis balls or two small bottles of water. Join us as we stay flexible and mobile.
