

Creative Mindfulness for Kids

Creative Mindfulness for Kids teaches mindfulness and self-compassion practices in a creative and child-friendly way, through stories, crafts and discussions.
This 4-week course is held on a Saturday for 5-9-year-old and 10-15-year-old siblings of children with a neuro-physical disability.
