Chill@Crann is time to take yourself away from the busy-ness of the day to day and give yourself a chance to recharge. It is open to anyone who feels they might benefit from it.
This hour will involve reflection on how you are doing at this moment in time. Reflection will centre around taking time for yourself – even if it’s just a few minutes, – gratitude and present moment awareness, followed by a guided meditation. There will be no requirement to speak up.
This is a free, drop-in class, so there is no commitment required. We encourage you to sign up and meet your instructor Marie at your first meeting.
