Chat & Connect is bringing the laughter next week! On August 3rd, join us for laughing yoga! Laughing yoga involves various movements and breathing exercises to promote intentional laughter.
A fun-filled morning of fitness, this workshop can be adapted to all levels, with instructor Ena Howell.
