A Time to Pause (Parents)
An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Thursday, repeating until April 30, 2020
We’re spending more time at home, but for many parents that has come with added pressure. It’s even more important therefore to take an hour of time out to just be still.
We’ll provide you with some gentle relaxation techniques that will enable you to use the time to re-evaluate your priorities and adapt your goals. By taking a moment to pause, relax and reflect we are better equipped to assess our situations, recentre and refocus appropriately.
